Arrived home this morning to be faced with a total door lock failure. Heart sinking moment but was fortuante enough to get through to Kevin who advised he could take a look. He arrived as promised and managed to find and replace the defective locking gearbox, a spare which he carried with him. Door sorted in less than an hour, good as new ! Without his help I suspect I would have been unable to secure my premises today. Kevin is the total professional and well knowledged in his trade - he’s the best !
